Admission Criteria:
Number of Credits: Applicants must have a four year honours degree, though they may be in the final year of an honours degree at time of application.
Required Courses: There are no required courses.
Required GPA: The minimum is reset each year. Minimum 2009: 3.75 on 4.0 scale.
GPA Calculation: The best two GPA years will be considered, as long as they both meet or exceed the minimum set for the year and are both full 5 credit year course loads. Also, to be considered in the calculation each of those years must have 3 or full course equivalents with an academic level at or above the year of study. Summer courses are not counted as part of the regular academic course load.
MCAT: The applicant must meet the cut offs in each component for the respective application cycle. Cut offs are reset each year.
Autobiographical Sketch: This is not required.
Letters of Recommendation: At least three are required with at least one referee being non-academic.
Interview: 450 applicants will be interviewed by a traditional panel.
