At every meeting we take down notes of what was said so that people unable to make it to the meeting will be able to follow the discussion. The minutes include information about upcoming events, decisions to be made, and where volunteers are needed. Minutes from the meetings are sent out weekly through the group’s email list but they will also be viewable here as they become available.

We will try to get the minutes from the previous Wednesday up by the end of the week.
