Consumer Law
Need for consumer protection in the provision of goods and services; traditional legal protection by statute and common law; legislative responses to consumer pressures; judicial response in recent Canadian, English and American law; reform of consumer law.Prerequisite: LAWS 2003 [1.0] (no longer offered) or LAWS 2202 or BUSI 2601.
Lectures three hours a week.
