Business Law
The legal system and legal ordering as they affect those engaged in business activities. Emphasis on the law of tort, law of contract, agency and bailment, business associations (partnerships/proprietorships/corporations) and real estate.Prerequisite: restricted to students enrolled in B.Com. or B.I.B.
Lectures three hours a week.
