Qualitative Methods in Criminology
Methods used conducting qualitative research. Topics include field research, interviewing, ethnographic research, content analysis and ethics.Precludes additional credit for CRCJ 3000 (no longer offered), SOCI 2003 (no longer offered), SOCI 2001, SOCI 2002, ANTH 2003.
Prerequisites: third-year standing in the B.A Honours program in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
Lectures and seminar three hours a week, laboratory one hour a week.
