Introduction to Quantitative Research Methods
Students will learn about issues of research design, univariate and bivariate analysis, the Chi-square test of significance and measures of association, as well as the relationship between samples and populations. Course instruction will consist of classroom lectures and may incorporate computer labs.Precludes credit for SOCI 2003.
Prerequisites: SOCI 1001 and SOCI 1002, or SOCI 1003 [1.0]
Lecture and workshop three hours a week.
