On Campus

Accommodation is available on the Carleton campus.

Single occupancy rooms are $63.00 + HST per night and includes a full buffet breakfast each day. Suites have 2 bedrooms with one double bed in each bedroom.

Double occupancy rooms are $90.00 CAD + HST and include 2 breakfasts. The room has ONE double sized bed and the booking is being made for two people to share the bed.

The Fresh Food Company is located on campus and is open nightly for dinner (Summer hours: 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.) during summer months. Several other on-campus options are also available. Mike's Place, for instance, is a small graduate student bar with a diverse menu (Summer hours: 11:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.). While Olivers is an undergraduate bar with standard burger and fries fare (Summer hours: 11 a.m. - 9 p.m). As well, you can find restaurants on nearby Bank Street, a short 15 minute walk.

For those interested in exploring the city, buses and the O-Train run downtown regularly.

Off Campus

Conference participants interested in off-campus accommodation can contact one of the hotels listed below and ask for the “University rate” (sometimes called the “CAUBO rate”). The four hotels offer a range of prices.
