Dr. Reed holds the joint position of Senior Social Scientist, Statistics Canada, and Professor in the Departments of Sociology and Anthropology and Law, Carleton University. He has recently undertaken research for the Canadian Bar Association, Fraser Institute, Health Canada, the Anglican Church in Canada, Hospital for Sick Children, Human Resources Development Canada, Canadian Policy Research Networks, Canadian Centre for Community Renewal, Justice Canada, Canadian Medical Foundation, Volunteer Canada, Canadian Council on Development and others.
