Cognition and Instruction
General theories of skill and knowledge acquisition as they relate to learning in specific subject matter areas, cognitive analyses of talks and performances that are instructionally relevant, and cognitive-theoretical analyses of instructional interventions.Prerequisites: third-year standing, PSYC 2001, PSYC 2002, and PSYC 2700, and permission of the Department.
Lectures three hours a week.
