Introduction to Research Methods in Psychology
A general introduction to research methodologies employed within contemporary psychology. Topics covered include research designs (experimental, quasi-experimental) and techniques (observations, surveys), basic descriptive statistics, and how to interpret and report research findings. (Also listed as NEUR 2001.)Precludes additional credit for PSYC 2000.
Prerequisite: PSYC 1001 and PSYC 1002.
Lecture three hours a week.
