LAWS 4507 [0.5 credit]
Administrative Law and Control
Examination of characteristics and selected problems of control of administrative action. Topics include: varieties of traditional and constitutional, legal and judicial control, impact of the Charter, reforms to administrative law control systems in Canada, and comparisons with developments outside Canada. Also offered at the graduate level, with additional or different requirements, as PADM 5307, for which additional credit is precluded.Prerequisites: LAWS 2005 [1.0] (no longer offered) or LAWS 2501 and LAWS 2502 or LAWS 3005 or LAWS 3506 or PADM 5414.
Lectures three hours a week.
