6. Levels of Entry

When a student is admitted at the first-year level, the degree program is normally four years for an Honours and Major degree and three years for a General degree with a normal course load. Beyond first year, remaining degree requirements are determined by the total number of credits required for that particular degree program less those credits granted on transfer from previous post-secondary studies. Note: residency requirements must also be met (see Section 11).
