Organizational Psychology
Introduction to the study and practice of industrial/organizational psychology. Representative topics will be drawn from the areas of work behaviour, work motivation, work stress, personnel selection, performance appraisal, human factors, conflict, leadership, and organizational change.Prerequisite: PSYC 2100.
Lecture and seminar, 3 hours per week.
