Globalization, Adjustment and Democracy in Africa
The nature of global pressures in Africa, as states go through a `second wind' of political and economic change. Also offered at the graduate level, with different requirements, as PSCI 5107, for which additional credit is precluded.Prerequisite: fourth-year Honours standing or permission of the Department, and one of GPOL 1000, PSCI 2102, PSCI 2602, or PSCI 3100.
Seminar three hours a week.
