Theory and Practice in Third World Development
The various theoretical approaches to the analysis of development and underdevelopment, of the historical experience of important models of development and of their application to selected countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America.Prerequisite: fourth-year Honours standing or permission of the Department, and one of GPOL 1000 or PSCI 2102.
Seminar three hours a week.
