Electoral Politics in the U.S.
An overview of specific aspects of U.S. electoral politics, including presidential and congressional elections, incumbency, the two-party system, campaign spending limits, the role of the media, and voter turnout.Prerequisite: third-year standing and PSCI 2101 or PSCI 2200.
Lectures three hours a week.
