Prerequisite:
MCOM 2101 or third- or fourth- year B.J. (Hons.) standing, or permission of the School, or third-year standing in the Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management and registration in the Communication Information Technology Policy specialization area.
Lectures and discussion three hours a week.
