Latin American Women from 1825
An examination of Latin American women and the family in the national period with an emphasis on the growing role of women in politics and the impact of education and feminism in the region. (Field d or e)Precludes additional credit for HIST 3705 (if taken before 1999-2000).
Prerequisite: a 2000-level history course or third-year standing and 1.0 credit in history.
Lectures three hours a week.
