Stress, Coping and Well-being
How do you cope with stress? We live in a stressful world, and how we cope with this stress has important implications for our happiness and well-being. In this course we will examine theory and research on how stress affects our lives, how people cope, and what it means to be well-adjusted.Prerequisite: normally restricted to students entering the first year of a B.A. program.
Seminars three hours a week.
