Environmental Economics
Microeconomic analysis of environmental issues. Frameworks for measuring environmental costs and benefits. The efficiency of alternative pollution control policies. Applications include air and water pollution and global environmental problems such as ozone depletion and global warming.Precludes additional credit for ECON 3806 (no longer offered).
Prerequisite: ECON 1000 or FYSM 1003.
Lectures three hours a week.
