African Economic Development
Domestic and international aspects of development problems and policies in the African context. Topics may include human resource development, growth and poverty reduction, domestic resource mobilization, the implications of ethnic diversity, governance, and institutions, and issues of trade, investment, aid, migration, and health.Prerequisite: ECON 1000 or FYSM 1003.
Lectures three hours a week.
