ECON 2002 [0.5 credit]
Intermediate Microeconomics I
An analysis of consumer demand, production, costs, and an introduction to market structures, with special reference to the determination of conditions that maximize social welfare.Precludes additional credit for ECON 2001.
Prerequisites: ECON 1000 or FYSM 1003 with a grade of C- or higher; and ECON 1402 (or equivalent), which may be taken concurrently with ECON 2002.
Lectures three hours a week, tutorials one hour a week.
