Biochemical Modeling and Simulation
A computational course that explores the dynamic nature of cellular networks. Topics include modeling of metabolic and regulatory pathways, cell simulation, synthetic biology, and computational drug discovery. Also listed as BIOC 4008.Prerequisites: BIOC 3101 or permission of the Biochemistry Institute.
Lecture 1.5 hours per week, workshop 1.5 hours a week.
