An investigation of macro factors such as organizational structure, coordination and control, power, authority, organizational politics and corporate culture and their impact on effectiveness. Discussion of relevant theories, generation and evaluation of design alternatives and field applications.Prerequisites: fourth-year standing in B.Com. (MPO Concentration) or B.I.B. (IHRM Concentration), BUSI 3103 with a grade of C- or higher in each
