Organizational managerial and technical issues of information system and technology industry projects. Defining and setting up successful projects. Characteristics of successful project managers. Tracking and monitoring. Estimation techniques. Risk analysis. Learning from projects. Examples and case studies.Prerequisites: BUSI 2400 and BUSI 3300 with a grade of C- or higher in each.
Lectures three hours a week.
