Forecasting Methods in Business
Concepts and methods for short and long-term forecasts in both private and public sector organizations. Data analysis and transformation, univariate methods (including ARIMA), causal forecasting methods, qualitative and technology forecasting methods, evaluation and combination of forecasts.Precludes additional credit for ECON 4803.
Prerequisites: ECON 2202 or STAT 2607 with a grade of C- or higher.
Lectures: three hours a week.
