Managing Individuals
The skills of supervising and working with other people, including such topics as interaction styles, self-awareness, listening, persuasive communication, providing feedback, goal setting, delegating, creativity, and managing stress. Extensive use is made of experiential learning.Prerequisites: third-year standing in B.Com (MPO Concentration), and BUSI 2101 with a grade of C or higher.
Lectures and laboratory three hours a week.
