Methods in Biochemistry
Principles and applications of modern biochemical methodology, including use of radioisotope tracers, ultracentrifugation, electrophoresis and ion-exchange chromatography.Prerequisite: BIOC 3006 or permission of the Institute.
Lectures and discussion two hours, laboratory six hours a week.
