Membership Registration

The Carleton University Badminton Club has a 60 member limit. In order to be considered a member, you must fill out the following forms and hand it in as soon as possible. The registration form is 2 pages long. There will be no refunds after payment has been made.

We are now accepting Early Bird registrations. The new term will run in September. You can register by following the instructions below.

OPTION #1:  Register by Email

If you choose to register early, then register by email. Fill in the information and email the filled registration form to exec.cubc@gmail.com and the club will make a tag for you. Upon arriving to the badminton session, make sure you hand in the full amount of money to one of the executives.

If you choose to register in person, print off the registration form and fill it out before arriving to the next badminton session. Upon arriving to the badminton session, we will create a tag for you after the membership form has been checked for completion and paid.

*Note: All payments must be made in full. We will not be accepting half-paid payments etc. Payments will be done on a first come first serve basis.

Membership Fee

There are 2 types of CUBC memberships: $60 for 8 months, or $40 for 4 months. This fee covers operations, gym time, badminton birds, badminton nets, and rackets to lend.

Early Bird Discount

Every member will receive a $10 discount on the full term registeration fee if registered and paid by April 30th, 2013.

Guest Fee

The Guest fee is $5 for every session.
