Studies in the Sociology of Gender
Sociological and feminist perspectives; applied understandings of gender, gender relations; women's and men's lives in contemporary Canadian society and in historical and cross-cultural terms. Multiple intersections between gender, race, ethnicity, class and sexuality.Prerequisites: SOCI 2043 or SOCI 2045 and third-year standing.
Lecture three hours a week.
