Bargaining and Negotiation
The theory and practice of bargaining and negotiation. The seminar includes national and international levels, government and mixed public-private negotiations, and bilateral and multilateral situations. Special attention is given to the needs of weaker parties. Simulations included.Prerequisite: fourth-year Honours standing or permission of the department.
Seminars three hours a week.
