Public Policy: Content and Creation

The content and creation of public policy. Focus on the explanation, prediction and design of policy. Perspectives and examples are drawn from a variety of frameworks and from both Canadian and non-Canadian contexts.
Prerequisite: fourth-year Honours standing or permission of the Department, and one of GPOL 1000, PSCI  2400, PSCI 2401, PSCI 3402, PSCI 3405, PSCI 3409 or PAPM 2000.
Seminar three hours a week.
