Selected Problems in Third World Development
The nature of international factors that influence Third World development such as multinational corporations, the new international division of labour, the new protectionism, the role of international debt, the politics of the Green Revolution, technology, and development assistance.Prerequisite: fourth-year Honours standing or permission of the Department, and one of GPOL 1000, or PSCI 2102.
Seminar three hours a week.
