International Organizations
Nature, character, legal status and jurisdiction of intergovernmental international organizations. Rights and duties of states arising from membership in international organizations. Distinction between international and supra-national institutions. United Nations system, selected subsidiary organs, and specialized agencies; non-governmental organizations at times of crisis.Precludes additional credit for LAWS 4600 (no longer offered).
Prerequisite: LAWS 2601 or LAWS 3603 (no longer offered) or LAWS 3603 [1.0] (no longer offered).
