The Legal Nature of Property
An examination of the nature and functions of property as a legal and social institution, with particular reference to theories of property, the scope of property interests, and the relationship between individual property rights and the state.Prerequisite: 1.0 credit from LAWS 2003 [1.0] (no longer offered), LAWS 2201, LAWS 2202.
Lectures three hours a week.
