Business Enterprise Frameworks
Forms of carrying on business activity: proprietorships, partnerships, corporations and Crown entities. The rights and obligations of such business enterprises both internally and in relation with other persons. The relationship between legal form and economic function. The role of state intervention.Prerequisite: 1.0 credit from LAWS 2003 [1.0] (no longer offered), LAWS 2201, LAWS 2202.
Lectures three hours a week.
