Philosophy of Law: The Logic of the Law
The nature of legal reasoning and concepts particularly used in the course of legal reasoning such as rights and duties, ownership and possession, liability and punishment. (Also listed as PHIL 3102.)Prerequisite: third-year standing.
Lectures three hours a week.
