Human Rights and Economic Development
The impact of globalization and international development on human rights in specific regions. Topics may include the right to development and alternative measures employed by international organizations and NGOs for assessing human development, including the capabilities approach and human-rights based approaches.Prerequisite: fourth-year standing or permission of the Institute.
Seminar three hours a week.
