Weather and Water
Introduction to climate, weather and the hydrological cycle. Physical properties of the atmosphere, radiation and energy balances, global circulation, atmospheric moisture and precipitation, weather systems and forecasting, mechanisms of climate change.Prerequisite: GEOG 1010 or ERTH 1006.
Precludes additional credit for GEOG 2100.
Lectures three hours a week, laboratory three hours a week.
