Envisioning Earth's Environments
Sustainability requires broadened perspectives on the Earth's natural systems. Geographic and geomatics perspectives help us examine physical and biological environments as the basis of human societies. Includes: landscape interpretation, resources, hazards,inferring meaning from data, and predicting potential impacts of/on human actions.Lecture two hours and workshops/tutorials two hours weekly.
