First Year Project
A practical introduction to engineering design. Students work in small teams to specify, design and implement a system, formally managing the project progress and submitting oral and written reports. Professionalism: engineering ethics; health and safety. Technology, society and the environment.Prerequisite: registration in the Engineering Physics program.
Lectures and tutorials three hours a week, laboratory four hours a week.
