International Monetary Theory and Policy
International monetary theory and its implications for economic policy. Topics such as sources of disequilibrium and adjustment in the balance of payments under fixed versus flexible exchange rates, international capital movements, and international monetary reform.Precludes additional credit for ECON 3600 and ECON 3602.
Prerequisite: ECON 2103 with a grade of C- or higher.
Lectures three hours a week.
