Agricultural Economics
An examination of the agricultural industry in the national economy and in low-income societies, with emphasis on the working out of the basic forces that determine supply and demand for the industry, and the functional distribution of income among the factors of production.Precludes additional credit for ECON 3406 (no longer offered).
Prerequisite: ECON 1000 or FYSM 1003.
Lectures three hours a week.
