Development Planning and Project Evaluation
An introduction to the tools used in the planning and evaluation of development projects. Topics include the theory, application, strengths and limitations of cost-benefit analysis and competing approaches, and an examination of project evaluation techniques.Precludes additional credit for ECON 3604 (no longer offered).
Prerequisite: ECON 1000 or FYSM 1003.
Lectures three hours a week.
