Industrial Applications of Chemistry
Uses of chemistry in a number of industries: fertilizers, electrochemical, metallurgical, petrochemical, pulp and paper, plastics, pharmaceutical. Interaction of chemistry with economic, political, engineering, environmental, health, legal considerations. Guest lecturers.Prerequisite: CHEM 2103 and one of CHEM 2207 or CHEM 2203.
