Advanced Organic Chemistry II
Continued mechanistic survey of additional organic reactions with emphasis on synthetic usefulness and stereochemistry. Interspersed with selected topics such as instrumental methods, photochemistry, literature of organic chemistry, natural and synthetic polymers, heterocycles, terpenes and alkaloids.Prerequisite: CHEM 3201 or equivalent.
Lectures three hours a week.
