Contemporary training and development challenges facing individuals, organizations, and communities and the role of information technology in enhancing individual and collective skills development, capabilities, core competencies, intellectual capital and competitiveness.Prerequisites: BUSI 3102 and BUSI 3103 with a grade of C- or higher in each.
Lectures three hours a week.
