Strategic Human Resources Management
Systems, strategies and practices used to effectively leverage human capital in organizations. How to think strategically about managing human assets, and what must be done to successfully implement these systems, strategies and practices.Prerequisites: fourth-year standing in MPO Concentration, and BUSI 3102 and BUSI 3103 (with a grade of C- or better in each).
Lecture and field work as needed.
