Project Management
Identification, selection, initiation, and organization of projects; risk assessment; project scheduling, performance monitoring and control, and termination. Emphases on foundations, principles and supporting techniques.Prerequisite: third-year standing, BUSI 2301 and STAT 2606.
Lecture three hours a week, tutorials as needed.
