Managing Groups
The skills of supervising and working with other people, including such topics as group dynamics, leadership, building teams, running meetings, handling conflict, negotiating, and influencing others. Extensive use is made of experiential learning.Prerequisites: third-year standing in B.Com. (MPO Concentration) and BUSI 2101 with a grade of C or higher.
Lectures and laboratory three hours a week.
